This workshop is designed to introduce beginners and students to a mindful and safe yoga experience in a holistic manner. A smaller class size allows for more individual attention, detailed instructions (including modifications for all needs and abilities), hands-on adjustments, and questions. Yoga 101 (Basics) is perfect for those with little or no experience, as well as continuing students interested in reviewing the basic postures, safe and correct alignment, use of props and necessary modifications.
At the end of this workshop students will be prepared to transition into our on-going all-level classes.
