Purna Yoga focuses on living a soul-based life: if you bring the wisdom of your soul into your daily decisions and actions, you will live a better life in a better way. However, drop-in classes do not really allow for the fullness of Purna Yoga to be taught effectively. Accordingly, I have designed this series of four mini-workshops for students who are ready to take their yoga to the next level and begin living the practice. In addition to the alignment-based asana that you expect from Purna Yoga, you will learn the application of yoga philosophy, healthy lifestyle and nutrition practices to support your best self, and Heartfull Meditation™, which is the practice that has created, by far, the greatest changes in my life.
This is what I have been waiting to teach for years, and I hope you will join me.

Time: 6:30 – 8:30, but note that some classes may go until 9
Note: You must sign up for all four sessions in each series; these are not drop-in classes. You may carry forward a maximum of one missed class to the next series.
Cost: $100 for Om Prem members (annual pass, month to month, or active passes); $140 for non-members.
