Want to feel refreshed, energized, more flexible, and younger? The Anti-Aging series in Purna Yoga opens the spine in all directions while it’s in a state of suspended traction. This frees up the tension in all the small and large postural muscles that surround the spine, while simultaneously reversing the ravages of gravity. The series releases pressure on the vertebral discs, increases blood flow and allows the nerves to regenerate, which helps reverse the aging process of the spine. When the spine is youthful all the muscles and organs in the body will function better, and overall health improves.
This workshop utilizes a yoga wall rope system, which makes the series’ benefits available to all levels of experience. The class is limited to 20 people, so sign up quickly.
The series is done while hanging in traction, and therefore is not suitable for those who have high blood pressure, a seizure condition, a history of stroke, a heart condition, glaucoma, acid reflux, or hiatal hernia. If you fall into any of those categories, or will be on your period, please avoid this workshop.
